This month at the library we created cards featuring the Close to My Heart Confetti Wishes collection.

Can you say “Party!” That’s what comes to mind when you see the bright colors and designs of the Close to My Heart Confetti Wishes collection. During this card making session, library patrons took turns making a card capturing the festive spirit and energy of an upcoming celebration.
