Close To My Heart Watercolors

A few weeks ago a group of ladies and I created this adorable card.

To create this fun and wonderful card you would use the Zoe Paper Packet, the Pomegranate Cardstock and the Grey Enamel Gems.  It's such a clever and easy project to take on even during the busy holiday season.

Some of the tools that you'd need to create this project are as follows.

Black Exclusive Inks Pad
Whisper Exclusive Inks Pad
Watercolor Paints
Paintbrush Set
Thin 3-D Foam Tape
1" x 1" My Acrylix Block
2" x 2" My Acrylix Block
3" x 3" My Acrylix Block

It is always easiest when you do some prep work ahead of putting your final project together.  By simply precutting all of the paper.  Here are some dimensions that can help.

Card Base - 6" x 3" White Daisy Cardstock
A - 3" x 3" Pomegranate Cardstock
B - 2¾" x 2¾" Grid B&T Paper
C - 2½" x 2½" White Daisy Cardstock

Once all the paper is cut simply follow these easy steps.

Fold the White Daisy Cardstock in half
Attach the Pomegranate Cardstock to the card base
Attach the Grid B&T Paper to the center of card
Using Whisper ink, stamp doodled circle on C, trim around edges to create a circle, and color with blue watercolor paint
as desired
Stamp black ink, “hugs and kisses” within
stamped circle and accent with heart and dots images
Attach the White Daisy Cardstock to center of card, using 3-D foam tape
Add the grey enamel gems where you desire

Hooray, now you are all done!
